With the value of pension transfers increasing significantly over the past 5 years from £5.4 billion in 2014 to £33 billion last year, it has become an area ripe for fraudsters to exploit.In what has been labelled as the next big financial scandal scammers have been setting up complex deals, often abroad, that are designed to ‘liberate’ cash for the individual investing into these so-called pension schemes which have so far cost investors an estimated £4 billion a year.

Adaptable and Flexible Fytotextile Living Wall System for Dynamic Urban Greening

Scotscape and Grosvenor Britain and Ireland recently launched the Smart Pillar, whereby Scotscape’s Fytotextile Living wall system was adapted to be retrofitted onto the lamp posts of Ebury Street in London's Belgravia. With irrigation powered by solar energy, a damage free fitting system and a tank of 75 ltrs of water incorporated in the design – it looks like greening up our lamp posts could become the norm across the UK.

Secure Empty Property-Securing A Closed Golf Course In North Worcestershire
We were called to a property that had already been boarded up while it was awaiting re-development. The previous work hadn’t done its job, though. Vandals were ripping off the timber boarding on a regular basis to gain entry so we were called in to re-secure the property with our galvanised steel sheet and security doors.

Developers ‘holding back’ on building thousands of homes - Plus all the latest property news
