Our site is an online portal that connects the rent, sale or purchase of land and commercial property with customers and a national network of providers of professional services.  We provide businesses (Sellers) with access to our online portal (in accordance with our Service Terms and Conditions so they can advertise their land/property/professional services.  Visitors to our site can make direct contact with Sellers and conclude sales directly.  We have no responsibility for sales agreed or concluded via our site which are private transactions between the Seller and the visitor.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
