The Landsite: The Shopping Centre for Every Sector of the Property Market

Published by The Landsite on 15th September 2020 -

When asked to describe what we are, our team often describe The Landsite as the ‘go-to’ shopping centre for the entire commercial property industry.

We’ll admit, that sometimes gets us a few funny looks. But once we explain what we mean, everyone gets it!

We use ‘shopping centre’ in the sense that we are your one-stop-shop for all things property. Just as you can buy a pair of shoes, a lego set and even a take-away meal under one roof in a shopping centre, you can get everything you need for your commercial property venture from The Landsite.

What’s in stock?

Shopping centres have to house a lot of variety to keep their customers interested and fulfil their needs. And most importantly to keep customers coming back for more.  We take the same approach.

Say you’re a property developer looking for commercial office site. You’re not going to find the development site and press go. You’ll need to get advice from experts, source contractors, fit-out specialists and the list goes on…. Our aim is to provide you with everything you are looking for – and most importantly, in your search area on The Landsite.

Thousands of property listings

At the time of writing, we had over 7,000 property listings from agents across the UK. It’s all easily searchable via our site – just type in the search bar your location, property type, price etc. To find out more about the listing, click on the enquire button on the selected property to make contact with the agent through their business profile.

But that’s just one ‘department’ of our shopping centre - there are many more!

Business profiles for a wide range of companies

We’re building an online network for the property sector by representing companies from across the country in one place.  Each of our member gets their own business profile complete with a dashboard to keep an eye on their statistics, and the ability to upload any latest news or posts they want to share and the ability to follow other businesses on our platform.

Each busines profile acts as an advert on our site.

Featured business profiles are shown alongside property listings in the specified search area too, so people can easily find local businesses to help with their projects.

Information and advice

Our members can upload their news and posts on our homepage alongside the latest property news from industry leaders on key topics such as:

○      Insurance

○      Legal

○      Design

○      Property investment

○      Employment and training

○      Sustainable development

Written by our expert members and ourselves, you can be sure to find the answer you’re looking for. Our site has a range of articles, guides, case studies, podcasts and videos for you to sink your teeth into.

Think of this part of the site as the ‘helpdesk’ in the commercial property shopping centre. This will allow you to move on with your day and get everything you need for your project

Hopefully, that clears things up a bit. We think of The Landsite as the UK’s only commercial property shopping centre, because we bring everything together in one place so you don’t have to spend hours searching for the information you need.
