Refurbishment of a London Terraced House

Published by Green Tea Architects -

title

The project at Dennett's Road was a refurbishment of a London terraced house for a young family. A side return extension was added to the rear of the property to enhance the open-plan kitchen and dining area.

A new green kitchen, exposed brick wall, exposed steel structure and beautiful Spanish tiles in the refurbished bathrooms achieve the cosy home desired.

Elegant crittall door and windows were installed to the rear elevation to improve the connection between the house and the garden. Also, a porch to the rear of the house was proposed to create a 'transitional space' between inside and outside.
