Premier Guarantee Joins Industry Celebration at Whathouse? Awards 2022

Premier Guarantee were proud to once again sponsor an award at the WhatHouse? Awards - held at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House hotel in London.

Berkeley Group were crowned 2022 Housebuilder of the Year at the ceremony, which celebrates the great, the brilliant and the bold of the housing industry.
As well as the Housebuilder of the Year title, Berkeley Group, whose brands include Berkeley Homes, St George, St James, St Edward, St William and St Joseph, won four golds for Best Large Housebuilder, Best Development, Best Regeneration Scheme and Best Public Realm.  Premier Guarantee, the only warranty provider to sponsor an award at the prestigious event, presented the Best Development award to St George for their Chelsea Creek development in London.

The silver prize was awarded to Curo for their Mulberry Park development in Bath whilst the bronze award went to Places for People, acknowledging their Chapelton, Stonehaven development in Aberdeenshire.
Premier Guarantee’s Key National Account Director, Rachel Bryant, presented the awards alongside the event hosts, former leader of the Conservative Party William Hague and England Rugby World Cup winner and broadcaster Maggie Alphonsi.
