Planning application submitted for our South West London project!

Our brief for this project was to reconfigure the internal layout to better suit the clients’ needs, while also offering an improved and extended living space.

The existing rear layout was small and impracticable and generally, needed modernising. A generous side and rear extension has been proposed, forming a large open plan kitchen / dining space which will benefit from an abundance of natural light with a large bi-folding door set and a number of roof lights.
