New Build Basement House Gains Planning Consent in Wandsworth

After lengthy negotiation with LB Wandsworth council, we have recently secured planning consent for a 3 storey house on the site of a rear garage. The tricky site has many restrictions including a wedge shaped plot, proximity to trees, and a limited outlook – but with a careful design we were able to design a high quality 3 bed house. The ground floor and entry level contains living and kitchen, with bedrooms at basement level and the first floor within the roof, containing a further master suite.
