Knight Frank boosts Private Office Commercial team

Knight Frank, the global real estate adviser, has expanded the Private Office Commercial team with the appointment of Chris James

Based at the firm’s global headquarters in London, Chris will be working with UHNW and Family Offices seeking commercial real estate investment in the UK and Europe across all sectors.

Joining from Allsop’s City Investment team, Chris brings with him a wealth of experience across London acting for a range of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, funds, public sector groups and property companies, advising on sales, acquisitions and development consultancy projects in all sectors.

Demand for the residential and commercial advisory service has grown since the launch of Knight Frank’s Private Office team in 2018, which focuses on the execution and delivery for private clients, family offices and wealth advisors.
