About us
At Hustro, we create the first software product for managing the quality and safety of construction projects, which focuses on securing the profit of General Contractors and reducing disputes with customers and subcontractors.
The subject of quality control, safety and related disputes has been close to us for many years. We know from experience that inconsistencies arising on the construction site generate financial and legal problems that are not solved by the available tools.
Our approach assumes that high-quality information collected at the construction site will allow to protect General Contractors against disputes, improve settlements and create a basis for planning further projects.

Tomasz Jones - Business Development Specialist
Student of the faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. Passionate about technologies and solutions that digitise everyday life. Also, a huge football fan.
Most of the time I spend talking to construction sites and office workers with the goal of finding appropriate solutions to everyday difficulties connected with construction processes. Understanding the issues they’re facing is key in making sure they can improve team productivity and the outcome of the project.

Ernest Szydelski - CEO
Ex-construction lawyer with experience in building and selling software products for the real estate world.
I received master’s degrees from the University of Vienna as well as the University of Wroclaw. After gaining experience as a construction lawyer specialising in infrastructural projects, I became a negotiator at Axiom where I represented investment banks in derivative instrument contract negotiations and helped with digitizing the negotiation processes. After this experience I decided to start working for a startup - VR Global, as a salesman and quickly became the Head of Sales for the EMEA region and then Head of Innovation Services where I was responsible i.e. for building the first AR Sales platform for commercial real estate designed for Microsoft Hololens.
After VR Global I started a software consultancy company, became one of the board members for Startup Founders Association, and co-founded Hustro, a company aiming at bringing positive digital change to the most undigitized industry – construction.
