Formed in 1989, Houston Lawrence is a firm of chartered surveyors specialising in South West London area. Operating from our Wandsworth and our new Wimbledon office, we offer both commercial property for sale and to let. Since its inception, Houston Lawrence has been instructed to sell/let a large number of office, retail and industrial schemes on behalf of UK funds and private property companies.
Our portfolio of properties includes; offices, shops, bars, restaurants, leisure units and industrial units—mostly based in vibrant commercial locations including; Balham, Battersea, Clapham, Colliers Wood, Kennington, Raynes Park, Tooting, Vauxhall, Wandsworth and Wimbledon. We also currently have a large project under way in Croydon.
We offer a complete marketing service for our clients, providing them with detailed marketing recommendations, schedules of interest/inspections and regular updates and feedback on all activities - our clients range from sole traders looking for their first retail shop to global corporations seeking tenants for prestigious new offices.
