There has been adaptations on the restrictions from the Government, in regards to the housing market. On 13 May, the Government announced that it will be easing restrictions for the property market.
During Coronavirus, it has been a very difficult time for Landlords and the Housing Authority due to the Government freezing evictions. As you may be aware from March 23rd, landlords, agents and local housing authorities were allput at a standstill with evictions.
