Genesis Homes was formed out of a desire to build desirable homes that quite simply ‘work’. Genesis Homes has implemented a core selection of 2,3,4 and 5 bed house types that are practical and aesthetically pleasing homes.

With over 100 years of house building knowledge, the experience of their team enables them to build properties that actually work as a home. Their team has invested time and expertise into designing houses that have space both inside and out; houses that you can actually fit wardrobes into bedrooms, houses that offer BT fibre optic internet as standard (subject to area coverage) and, with an understanding of what the buyer wants, houses that look great externally too, incorporating their signature anthracite coloured windows and French doors. At Genesis Homes they are committed to reducing their energy usage in the homes they build.
