We Would Like to Celebrate the Recent Success of Shaan Makwana

For the past twelve months, Shaan has been working round the clock, both early in the morning until late in the evening alongside his day job to complete his Assessment of Professional Competence through RICS. This week Shaan found out his hard work and dedication had paid off and after passing his final assessment and has now qualified as an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

In addition Shaan studied ‘Property Finance and Investments’ through the RICS, excelling particularly in Financial Modelling, Investment Management and Property Finance & Funding. Shaan will no doubt put these learnings to good use in his upcoming Investment Broker role, within the Capital Markets team of the newly formed Foxtons Investment and Development Consultancy department.
