Acting on behalf of their pension fund clients, Watts Holt have secured tenants for the remaining two floors at 24 Westover Road in Bournemouth Town Centre. Having suffered from long-term voids, Watts Holt were instructed and commenced a targeted marketing campaign for the suites, resulting in full occupation within 6 weeks of instruction.
