title

From the 8th July, anybody completing on the purchase of a property, in England and Ireland, will not be paying stamp duty on the first £500,000 of all property sales. This will be the case until March 2021.

Evergreen have been working at home during the pandemic ensuring clients are met with the same first class service. When moving home or buying a new house, make sure you have the correct cover in place.

At Evergreen, we specialise in Property Insurance so if you are a buyer or an estate agent looking to provide your clients with the best possible service, get in contact. There is no obligation and we can generate additional funds for Wildlife and Nature Organisations from commission that usually goes into the brokers pocket.

Give Evergreen a call on 020 3372 2160 to see if we can help.
