“By connecting and collaborating with purpose-driven placemakers Strettons aims to set the standard for the future of the built environment.” - Simon Tilsiter, Managing Director, Strettons
Strettons has announced a significant investment in a new headquarters in Shoreditch, bringing the company’s two offices and over 120 staff together in one well-connected location.
The move is driven by Strettons’ growth and strategic partnerships, including the successful acquisition of sbh Page & Read in January. This further strengthened Strettons’ market position alongside the company’s ongoing expansion of services across commercial, industrial and residential markets.
By bringing its teams together at its new headquarters, Strettons aims to create a more connected and collaborative environment and deliver an even more comprehensive and integrated service to clients across London and UK-wide.
Simon Tilsiter, Managing Director at Strettons commented, “We are a company with deep roots in the story of London’s East End and our new HQ is the latest chapter in our evolution. Over almost a century, Strettons has helped people to build and create, embracing heritage and bringing new ideas forward in a process of continual regeneration. We are excited to bring the value of this experience to innovative projects to deliver positive change throughout London and the UK.”
Strettons plans for its new headquarters to be a hub for regular industry events, including a series of guest speakers and panel discussions over the coming months exploring crucial issues in the property sector. As Tilsiter explained, “By connecting and collaborating with purpose-driven placemakers Strettons aims to set the standard for the future of the built environment.”
Strettons’ new HQ is located at Telephone House, 69-77 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NW.
