Charlie, Guy and Jamie co-founded Sq. One in 2018. With a wealth of experience from the likes of EA Shaw, CBRE and Kier Developments in their back pocket, they decided to start with a fresh slate. The result is a consultancy with a simple mission to remain as relevant to their clients’ needs as they are to the market itself.
