Sidney Phillips sell Historic Georgian House and successful independent Restaurant & Wine Bar in Bromsgrove

The two properties are set next door to each other, on a sought after location within a conservation area on the edge of the busy Bromsgrove town centre.

St John’s Wine Bar is an independent restaurant and wine bar set over two floors that has recently been refurbished, there is also excellent outside space incorporating a roof terrace and trade gardens.

St. John’s Wine Bar and Steps House occupy a prominent location in the town centre with a pleasant conservation area just below the Church of St John the Baptist and opposite a new retail development which includes a Waitrose store and large car park.
