Posted by Colliers on 9th May 2025 -

title

We are pleased to present the latest edition of the Scotland Property Snapshot, offering an in-depth analysis of the current trends and economic indicators shaping the Scottish commercial real estate market.

In line with wider UK commercial property market trends, Scotland’s Q1 transaction volumes remained relatively muted. Given a limited number of transactions, price discovery is difficult. Prime rents are anticipated to rise further.

Highlights in the May Scotland Snapshot include:

  • Q1 25 investment volumes below average but up on Q1 24
  • Office transactions reach near here-year high
  • Stabilisation in industrial yields
