Pub in the Heart of Frome Sells with Sidney Phillips

The Crown Inn stands in a mature residential area in the southern suburbs of Frome. It is contained in a fine Listed building on the historic road of Keyford which contains many other period properties alongside more modern housing and a number of small businesses.

The Town Free House has many character features, snug bars, a trade patio and former barn. There is also a four bedroom flat.

Most recently The Sunday Times stated that Frome is ‘The Best Town to Live In’ in the South West of England. Further attractions of Frome are the small businesses which have prospered with a high number of individual traders.

This is showcased on the first Sunday of each month when the town centre is pedestrianised to allow independent crafts people, designers, producers and traders to hold a market.

Sidney Phillips sold the Freehold off an asking price of £275,000.
