Greenslade Taylor Hunt held a bumper collective land and property sale at The Aldwick Estate, North Somerset, which saw a total of 14 lots go under the hammer.

A packed auction room together with online bidders ensured a successful sale throughout.  A number of lots sold well in excess of their guide prices including 8.87 acres of orchard land at Winscombe achieving £250,000, 3.04 acres of land with pond making £91,000, 1.74 acres of land at Burton Row, Brent Knoll, achieving a sale price of £116,000 and 2.62 acres at Kenn Road, Kenn, Clevedon, selling for £67,000.

Auctioneer Robert Baker said: “It was great to have a packed room of potential buyers, which led to a number of lots selling well in excess of their guide prices and surpassing all expectations.

It was good to be back at the Aldwick Estate where we conduct our North Somerset auctions and we are looking forward to inviting entries for our future auctions.”
