Set over two floors the venue is renowned for being Lincolnshire's premier venues offering a bar, VIP lounge, champagne bar and dance room, suitable for large parties and private hire. The business operates five nights a week and benefited from a 4.30am late license. 

The business has traded strongly for many years and boasts a strong online presence. 

Sidney Phillips have sold the leasehold interest of Krystal’s to an experienced operator with an established portfolio of gentleman’s clubs within the Essex and North London areas. 

Zaine Lamon, Regional Valuations Manager for the Eastern Counties handled the transaction and comments, “The sale of Krystal’s proves there is still confidence in the leisure and hospitality market, especially for businesses with above average historical profit figures. This sale demonstrates that buyers are still active and willing to invest in the right opportunity even during a global pandemic and restrictions on trade.

Sidney Phillips sold Krystal’s off a Leasehold asking price of £80,000.
