Lim Commercial have recently launched their new website - have a look and learn more about how LIm Commercial can help with your commercial property search.

PROFILE

After 20 successful years working for various commercial agencies throughout London and gaining over 1,000 transactions completed, I decided it was time to create my own commercial agency. The aim was to expand my network of existing clients but more importantly, to promote, advice and encourage new businesses to include new landlords in offering the necessary information needed to understand more about Landlord & Tenant law.

Lim Commercial was set up to offer an exclusive and independent service to a broad range of clients.

Whether you are a start-up company looking to take on your first commercial lease or an experienced landlord requiring advice on market conditions, Lim Commercial promises to provide the necessary information and advice needed for you to make the right commercial decision.

Ian Lim

Specialising in all aspects of commercial sales and lettings throughout London and surrounding areas to include rent reviews, lease renewals and acquisitions.
