Letting Complete: 124-126 Capworth Street

We're pleased to have completed the letting of 124-126 Capworth Street to Healthy Living Foods Limited.

The units comprise of three arches, including a lean-to extension connecting the arches totalling 4,985 Sq Ft.

The arches have undergone major refurbishment, transforming the space into a fully functional warehouse/workshop.

Thanks to Sam Sandell from our commercial agency team in helping to get this one over the line, and thanks to the Arch Co for their co-operation throughout the process.
