LCP, the leading investment and commercial property company, has announced the appointment of a new Head of Asset Management for London.

Julian Diamond is now Head of Asset Management, having moved up from retail director, a role he has successfully fulfilled since being promoted in 2017.

Based at the company’s Millbank office in London, Julian has played a key role in the senior management team ensuring sustainability and income generation for the properties within its growing retail property portfolio.  Prior to joining LCP in 2004, he worked for London Merchant Securities and ASDA Property Holdings. He started his career at St Quintin Chartered Surveyors.

He said: “I’m proud to have been part of an ambitious property investment company for the past 16 years that has innovated and thrived in an ever-changing market. The property sector is going through a period of upheaval and there will be challenges ahead, particularly over the next 12 months and I’m looking forward to driving LCP’s continued commitment to growing and improving its property portfolio.”

Nick Burgess, managing director of LCP, said: “Julian has done a superlative job as retail director and as the business continues to actively invest in its property portfolio across the UK it is a good time for us to recognise his efforts by appointing him as head of Asset Management for London.”
