This month sees Arena Business Centres launch its latest phase of prestigious office space at 100 Berkshire Place, Winnersh Triangle. Ready for occupancy on 1st June, it will deliver an additional 17, 000 sq ft of private offices and customised workspace across the second floor of this former Microsoft HQ.

Delivering the project is Arena’s own in-house office design company, Enenco. Experts in office customisation, they are creating a series of 2 to 60 person offices throughout 4 wings. Significant investment in the highest quality technology and latest innovation will ensure that wellbeing is at the heart of this development. Individual air controls, air purifying technology, light filled spaces and sound proofing combine to deliver an outstanding working environment.

Since the official opening in June 2021, this state-of-the-art workspace is now home to a thriving business community of forward-thinking businesses including BlackCode Ltd, Colostomy UK and Consort Group. Managed with excellence by an outstanding centre team, taking care of the small details enables businesses of all sizes to focus on productivity, wellbeing, agility and cost control.

Helen Deverill, Marketing Director, Arena Business Centres comments: “We are thrilled to bring the next phase of 100 Berkshire Place to the Thames Valley, Reading and Berkshire business communities. Over the coming months, we look forward to finding companies their new work home whether a regional hub, HQ or first office away from home.”
