It is good to feel missed.

The recent news announced by the Government to get the property market dancing again is wonderful to hear and we are overwhelmed with joy by the enquiries we are receiving to open the office and resume our regular service.

However, working in central London neighbourhoods, this cannot be done without risks.

We’re thinking about our NHS workers, and the hospitals they work in, who are urging us to not give up the fight to flatten the curve, squishing the “R” and avoid a second wave.

We’re thinking about our residential neighbours, who are still isolating and deserve quiet shops and streets so they can undertake essential trips to the supermarkets in peace and ease.

We’re thinking about our local clients and their tenants, some of whom are occupying apartments in safety.

We’re thinking about our staff who would have to travel on packed trains to commute to work.

For these reasons, we have made the decision to keep our offices closed until June, at the very earliest.

As we have proven we can still offer a full service from home, and our staff are now willing and able to make trips into London for viewings, for those who urgently need to sort out their property affairs. Even if it means by bike, hike or trike!

It is good to feel missed, but absence makes the heart grow fonder and we cannot wait to serve our communities risk-free soon.

See you soon London,

love LDG
