This months Folkestone lots are a wide and varied as you could imagine. They range from a good size flat at the start of the famous ‘west end’, to a former dance studio with planning, a three bedroom bungalow at Capel, a freehold site with planning for 45 apartments, to a three bedroom house on a private road in Hythe, and a flat investment in New Romney.
