Macmillan Publishers have relinquished the top floor within their office building named Cromwell Place on Hampshire International Business Park. The 2nd floor space has been returned to the Landlord, Squarestone Hub, as part of a larger lease regearing exercise. In turn, Squarestone have instructed BDT and Knight Frank to identify new tenants for the 10,250 sq ft floorplate, which could be subdivided to form two suites of approximately 4,000 and 6,000 sq ft.
