Busy Coastal Pub in Northumberland sold by Sidney Phillips

Posted by Sidney Phillips on 16th April 2021 -

title

The property has a full catered kitchen, five letting rooms, and has been in the CAMRA Best Guide for two years running.

The village of Amble is situated on the Northumberland coast and is known as the ‘Friendliest Port’. This stunning coastal area is very popular with tourists and visitors and the Mason Arms, which is just off the town centre.

The Masons Arms is a short walk from Amble Marina and the beautiful Northumberland Coast. Tourists often enjoy boat trips to Coquet Island with the RSPB protecting seabird colonies such as the Puffins and the endangered Roseate Tern.

The pub offers a lounge bar, which is alongside a games room. Both are in immaculate order as is the function room/breakfast room for those staying in the letting rooms.

The new bar, central for ease of management and customer service, was put in, extended and enlarged, to cover the Lounge bar and the games room behind, which also has a snug area.
