Michele brings a wealth of experience to our company, having worked in various sectors of customer service throughout her career before specialising in Latent Defect Insurance in 2016. With 7 years of experience in the construction warranty industry, Michele has honed her expertise in providing exceptional service and understanding clients’ project needs. Her expertise in LDI will enhance our ability to deliver top-notch solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
