Arena Expands Portfolio with Acquisition of Victoria House in Bournemouth in £8m Investment

Arena Offices has expanded its serviced office portfolio with the acquisition of a landmark former LV Insurance building in the Westbourne area of Bournemouth.

 

Arena, which owns 11 other serviced offices centres across Dorset, Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire, swooped for Victoria House in Poole Road when it unexpectedly became available to purchase.

 

There will now be an extensive re-fit and re-modelling of the 21,000 sq ft building as part of the £8m project to include Arena’s hallmark high-end internal decoration ready for the first new clients to occupy brand new office space from the first quarter of 2026.

The new-look Victoria House in Westbourne will continue the theme of providing high quality accommodation for businesses of all sizes combined with the flexibility that allows them to grow or shrink as their business develops.

 

Marketing for the range of office suites likely to be available in Victoria House - which includes parking for 120 cars and is ideally located close to the A338 - is starting immediately.

 

It is estimated that, depending on office configuration, there could be scope for between 500 and 600 desks in total in the new look office block.
