Colliers handled the letting on behalf of the landlord

Colliers’ London Retail and Automotive team has completed the letting of a flagship showroom to Alpine, the high-performance supercar brand from Renault, at 56-59 Park Lane, London on behalf of the landlord.

The 6,500 sq. ft unit, featuring approximately 75 ft of road frontage and was previously occupied by BMW, highlighting its appeal to the premium automotive and luxury retail brands. Park Lane is synonymous in London for luxury and performance car manufacturers to display their latest models.

Alpine’s new showroom will display the full range of its vehicles and will host launch events aimed at both enthusiasts and prospective buyers, further elevating the brand’s profile in the UK market.

The letting was jointly handled by Emma Wills, Director in Colliers’ London Retail team, and Anthony Keohane, Director in the Automotive team.

Emma Wills, Director in Colliers’ London Retail Team, commented: “We worked in conjunction with our dedicated UK Automotive team to comprehensively cover the market and are delighted to have secured such a prestigious motoring brand. The letting of 56-59 Park Lane to Alpine highlights the continued demand for flagship retail space within London’s luxury automotive sector. This location offers a unique combination of high visibility and proximity to complementary brands, making it an ideal base for Alpine’s expanding presence in the UK."
