Key Features
Description
Elterwater Park is a charming 19th Century Lakeland stone farmstead which is set amongst private parkland and occupying a glorious situation amid traditional-style gardens with spectacular panoramic views to the surrounding fells. Over the years, the properties themselves have been converted to create a fantastic lifestyle business opportunity with 5 en suite letting bedrooms to the main guest house with the addition of 5 cottages and the barn/tearoom or function room. In addition, the owners have the benefit of a fantastic, exposed timber framed cottage with glorious views to the surrounding fell countryside. The Cumbria Way, with its many visitors all year round, passes by the front door adding passing trade to the bustling tearoom, garden and guest house. Great care has been taken to preserve the traditional features of these lovely buildings, combining this with every modern comfort.
