There is a spacious and inviting reception hall and the pretty, double aspect, Breakfast Room which is located at the front of the property with a small garden room off with access to the garden. The latter has bifold doors which open to maximise the magnificent view of the river and Ross. It seats 18 to 20 with nine tables of various sizes with the option to extend the garden room table to eight. There is a comfortable Residents’ Lounge at the rear of the property. It has an attractive fireplace with a wood burning stove that provides a cosy refuge for guests. This room also has a stylish honesty bar for the exclusive use of the residents.
