The land extends in all to approximately 14.94 acres (shown edged blue on the plan) comprising a block of unmanaged woodland, with a pretty boundary against the East Looe River. Access is along a rough woodland track (bridleway) leading to a parish road.
Situation
Located in a favourable rural location, not far from the villages of Duloe and Pelynt and the South Cornish coast. The nearby port town of Looe and the South East Cornwall administrative Centre of Liskeard provide a range of facilities, mainline and branch line railway stations and access onto one of the main arterial routes into Cornwall, the A38.
