Land
Extending to some 117.70 acres (47.61 ha), the land is mainly level and divided in to two main blocks sitting either side of the parish road. Approximately 33 acres sits to the south of the farmstead and has a turbine, and the remining 84 acres sits to the north and runs out to the cliff.
The turbine provides electricity for the farm plus a moderate tariff income.
Stone walling and natural hedge banks form the boundaries and there is access from the adjoining road, farm yard and cow track.
At the far north of the farm, the land leads to the South West Coastal Path.
