The Swan Inn is the only public house in the highly attractive Wiltshire village of Enford, situated in the north east of the Salisbury Plain. The village lies 10 miles south east of Devizes and 14 miles north of Salisbury and starts beside the headwaters of the River Avon.

Enford has many chocolate box cottages and has nearby connections to the A303, providing fast road communications from London to the West Country. A mainline railway station is at Pewsey with regular services to London Paddington.

The Swan is held on a fully repairing and insuring lease agreement from the local trustees, for a term of 25 years commencing March 2017. The lease falls within the security provisions of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 and is fully assignable. Rent currently stands at £21,600 per annum subject to five yearly rent reviews. An incoming party with be required to provide a rental deposit to the Landlord of a quarters rent in advance.
