The Business

The premises trades as a public house and function venue to the local population of Pontypridd. Pre-Covid it enjoyed the patronage of three darts and a pool team, along with a football club supporting 2 adults, 1 youth and 5 junior teams. It is also busy with live acts performing in the function room on Saturday evenings. The function room is also used for a large number of private parties but, our clients also know there is room for improvement here as they do not promote the use of the same.

Prior to Covid, our clients accounts are expected to show sales in the region of £190,000 per annum inclusive of VAT, working on a gross profit of 52%. The business previously traded noon until 10.00 pm Monday to Wednesday, noon until midnight, Thursday, noon until 01.00 am Friday and Saturday and noon until 11.00 pm Sunday.
