Description

The successful candidate will join their busy Build to Rent/ PRS Team, which manages residential schemes throughout the UK. The role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to communicate articulately over the phone and in writing and taking a hands-on and proactive approach to the role.

Main duties:

  • Creating and compiling rental contracts
  • Letting's paperwork and correspondence, and liaising with Asset Managers and tenants
  • Uploading and managing tenancy details on operating system
  • Organising Check-in and Check-outs, and safety certificates
  • Managing landlord and tenant due diligence checks
  • Tenant referencing and Immigration checks
  • Managing deposit registrations
  • Liaising with Scheme Hosts on tenancy issues
  • End of tenancy arrangements and managing deposit releases
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Assisting team members with IT related matters
  • Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information
  • Keeping up to date by reading business and specialist press
  • Modifying and adapting responses to meet the needs of a particular client
  • Coaching new TMs and gives clear instructions and guidance
  • Shares experience and knowledge with other TM
  • ARLA qualified
  • Takes initiative in putting self forward for new projects
  • Demonstrates confidence in expressing own opinions
  • Understands that there are multiple approaches to take to a task and demonstrates an awareness of the bigger picture
  • Seeks to gain further technical knowledge and operate more independently
  • Seeks out information to inform practical decisions and identify key facts
  • Can talk knowledgeably about lettings and is developing a broader understanding of the wider firm

Hours: 8:30am-6pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £28,000 (£35,000 OTE)
