​Based in Wood Green office a well-established Residential Lettings Business are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to work alongside the Head of Wood Green Lettings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to let a variety of properties in the Wood Green area and to work within a team with a fantastic reputation. Within your role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of tenants, which will include generating viewings and obtaining lets on properties. You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases, as well as handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner. This opportunity will also involve conducting viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback from these.

​The successful candidate will have experience working as a Lettings Negotiator and will have excellent customer service skills. You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients, whilst also having a proven track record in closing deals. It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area, with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • ​Registering new applicants, booking, and carrying out viewings
  • Recording, negotiating, and presenting qualified offers.
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Generating sales leads for property viewings.
  • Identifying and maintaining relations with investors, developers, vendors, and land agents
  • Pitching for new business
  • Finding and identifying suitable tenants
  • Rental viewings, negotiating Lets

Depending on your style, Lettings is super-fast paced, you’ll be out and about showing potential tenants’ properties and securing offers, the London market is quick, and people don’t wait around. For Sales it can sometimes be a lengthier process but with high value deals.
