Our client is looking for a creative and original thinking individual with a ‘can do’ attitude to join their HR team to focus on attracting and retaining the best talent through developing and supporting the implementation of a rewards and benefits strategy.

What will you be doing?

  • Own and drive reward, wellbeing and benefits projects
  • Working closely with stakeholders and managing relationships with external reward and benefits providers to ensure maximum value
  • Supporting the implementation of competitive, creative and cost-effective benefits
  • Supporting the administration and communication of employee benefits
  • Partake in other generalist HR projects when needed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working on reward and benefits projects
  • Strong numerical and analytic skills and strong excel skills
  • Be able to demonstrate experience of working in a large, commercial environment
  • The ability to work with complex data with a high level of attention-to-detail
  • The capability of working collaboratively to support the wider team but is also confident working independently.
