We are working with well established estate agency located in central London, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator

What will you be doing?

  • Securing pre instruction documents such as AML, EPCs, EICRs and Gas Safety Certificates
  • Liaising between the Lettings team, Property Managers, and Accounts department
  • Ensuring Right to Rent checks are completed
  • Uploading adverts to the portals
  • Linking info between systems, and efficiently taking notes
  • Main point of contact for Tenants

Alongside this you will be required to undertake other general administration duties.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in Residential Lettings, preferably as a Lettings Administrator
  • A can-do attitude
  • Great customer service skills
  • A logistical Mindset
