We are seeking a Business Development Executive who speaks fluent Arabic & has a thorough understanding of the MEA & India market to join one of London’s prime property developers.

This is a unique role, whereby this person will be based in the UK and be responsible for building relationships with international investors, specifically from the MEA & India market. The role will involve sourcing and onboarding new brokers, introducers and clients as well as offering private client liaison with MEA & India customers when they are in the UK.

Our client is looking for someone who has strong client relationship skills, who is able to offer a bespoke service to international investors looking to invest in London property.

The role will involve:

  • Using your knowledge of the UK property market trends, buying process, laws & tax rules to educate clients and build rapport
  • Working collaboratively with the international team to achieve team targets
  • Managing and attending all events, exhibitions and activations in the UK
  • Training new and existing UK broker staff
  • Develop relationships with all internal stakeholders
  • Liaising with the supported service associates, e.g., lawyers, banks, mortgage advisors to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Establish and build the customer database as well as source and onboard new brokers/introducers
  • Private client liaison with MEA & India customers in the UK, including project viewings, site visits and area orientations
  • Assisting the international team with lead generation contact with customers
  • Ensure that all the marketing collateral is up-to-date and relevant

To be considered for this role, you should:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable professional field in the luxury sector
  • Excellent, proven relationship building experience with the ability to demonstrate value add to a business
  • Proven experience in managing complex customer relationships including HNWI’s
  • Ability to travel throughout the Middle East, Africa & India if required
