Duties:

• Achieve successful sales rates on new developments we are marketing
• Maximise new business opportunities
• Deliver exceptional standards of service to all our clients
• Leading a New Homes team to optimise results
• Knowledge and experience of using Land Insight
• Identifying development opportunities and pitching to potential buyers
• Working with landowners to maximise on site values
• Appraising new homes schemes and pitching to potential clients

Requirements:

• Experience in Land & New Homes
• Proven track record of maximising new business opportunities
• Strong communication skills with both landlords and buyers
• Immaculate presentation

Basic: £30,000-£50,000 – OTE: £70,000-£100,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am-6.00pm
