 We are redefining how off-plan properties are acquired on a global scale and are looking for an ambitious Senior Investment Sales Consultant to spearhead our expansion within the UK market. Job Description: Senior Property Sales Consultant (Full Time, Manchester) 

You will be responsible for managing relationships with prospective buyers and investors looking to purchase properties listed on Hauskey UK’s platform. You will play an integral role in developing our sales processes and business best practices. You will provide end-to-end buyer services and consultation for all sales leads generated. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish the Hauskey brand by building relationships with prospective buyers
  • Conduct outbound qualification calls and manage enquiries
  • Develop the sales process and CRM management
  • Provide exceptional customer experience whilst consulting buyers
  • Prepare financial documents, including disclosures and reports for buyers
  • Generate purchase offers for our allocated stock
  • Support other members of the Hauskey UK Sales team to ensure monthly targets are met

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer-facing investment sales or property agency role
  • Demonstrate integrity to become a trusted advisor and represent the Haüskey brand
  • Experience and knowledge in off-plan property sales
  • Experience in building relationships and networking to stay informed of industry trends and opportunities
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with buyers, ensuring their needs are always put first
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • An eagerness to truly disrupt the industry
  • Experience or prior knowledge in cryptocurrency is advantageous


Commission Split: COMPETITIVE

6-month probationary period in which both parties can assess mutual fit.
