  • Salary £35,000 – £40,000 pa + great benefits
  • This role is Monday – Friday
  • Great office location on the South Bank within walking distance of Waterloo Station or London Bridge Station
  • ARLA qualification is not essential but would be an advantage. Full training updates will be provided to ensure the best possible property management service, compliant to the latest legislation, is provided at all times
  • Candidates must have good experience of managing a portfolio of AST residential properties in the UK

As Property Manager in this varied and interesting role you will be…

  • Managing a portfolio of high quality AST residential properties in prime areas of London, for overseas owners
  • Part of a busy, friendly and successful team that pride themselves on personal service and adhere to the highest standards of property management
  • Making decisions for landlords on the management of their properties which are mainly luxury apartments in recent developments
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants whilst delivering excellent customer service
  • Proactively managing any repairs and maintenance to ensure the property is in prime condition
  • Organising safety and property inspections
  • Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation
  • Dealing promptly with all communications from tenants, landlords & contractors

Candidates must:

  • Be confident to make decisions on your portfolio on behalf of the overseas landlords
  • Have very good experience managing a portfolio of AST residential properties
  • Experience working with international landlords would be an advantage
  • Be up to date on current property management legislation – ideally with NFOPP/ARLA qualifications
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have good problem solving skills to deal with the wide variety of issues on properties that arise
  • Possess sound numerical and IT skills to include MS packages and experience of property management software
  • Have the desire to provide the outstanding customer service that this company prides itself on
  • Be based within easy commute of the London offices
