Rangeford Holdings Case Study

Published by Spaciable -

Key Achievements

·        Minimised customer queries

·        Alleviated issues around unclear information in handover materials

·        Given buyers the confidence to make the final leap to purchase

What Was the Problem, Challenge or Objective?

Rangeford Holdings is a developer of luxury retirement communities. They therefore wanted a handover solution that reflected the quality of their homes, while providing their homeowners with the appropriate information and support that ensures they are cared for, while still able to retain an independent lifestyle.

As the profile of homebuyers aged 60+ is changing to become more active and tech-literate, Rangeford were keen to include a digital presence as part of their handover solution.

What Was the Solution/Products Taken?

We first addressed the luxury aspect of the requirement by providing bespoke Vivella folios with nickel corners, a screened white logo and an engraved aluminium address plate on the inside cover. These beautiful folios are an extension of Rangeford’s high quality standards and the scrupulous care with which they present their brand.

Housed inside the folios are expertly written Homeowner’s Guides, specific to each plot, to ensure accuracy of information and remove the confusion that can arise from generic content. The manuals included images accompanying the text to provide added clarity around how to locate and operate the various systems in the home.

Finally, our Spaciable portal provided the ideal opportunity for Rangeford to offer a digital presence. Our online portal is a user-friendly, accessible tool that enables developer admins and home users to communicate through their bespoke dashboards. Using their unique logins, home users can securely store important documents, access FAQs and register their appliances, as well as much more, to help them make the most of their new home. Admins can notify home users as to any planned events, works or visits, widening the reach of their communications and acting as a notice board for residents who may struggle to leave the house on a regular basis.

What Was the Outcome?

Rangeford noted the clear presentation and formatting of information as being instrumental in reducing customer queries at their Wadswick Green development, while providing the in-house team with the confidence that the handover materials are of an excellent standard.

Since using Classic Folios for Wadswick Green, Rangeford have placed an order for 125 folios, completion manuals and Spaciable Pro for their Siddlington Park development. Due to the success of the bespoke manuals, they have requested separate templates for the two locations of apartments for this development.
