Magnet Capital were delighted to assist a client with the developer of 2 x 4 bed semi-detached houses. The site was pre-owned and this project formed the final phase of the whole development. The loan for £300,000 for 15 months was used to funds 100% of the client’s build costs. Magnet Capital were able to assist with a legal complication involving an easement which helped unlock the project for the client.
