Loan completed in Berkshire

Magnet Capital have completed a wonderful new development on the site of a former pub car park for a new client in Berkshire. The client was introduced by a broker in June 2020 and faced several difficult challenges throughout the build that the Magnet Capital team were delighted to assist with. Due to the build taking place during the pandemic there were several extensions to the loan, all of which were agreed over a phone call. Similarly, Magnet Capital advanced tranches of funding when the developer needed that were based on photographs rather than the developer incurring the cost of extra surveyor inspections.
